Oh My! Im so busy with my life and I cant even update my blog. Gosh! 'twas last year since.. oh my.. july 2005? my last post?! hmm.. what am i doing with my life? AnywaysZZz, I'm blogging just for keeps.. you know.. i care less if someone reads it or not.. just keeping it for me.. just like a virtual journal/diary or whatever i wanna call it. Hmm.. i blog when i want to talk to myself, sometimes if i want to reconnect with my friends. Hay nakuh, ano ba 'tong pinagsasabi ko? Kamusta na? Ayos p b ang buhay ntin? kaya pa ba? eh kung hindi?! paano nah?! Ewan ko b? Bahala na! WhaaHHH!! Bahala na talagaH!!
What took me so long kaya ndi ako nkapagpost? Aaah.. i see! Oo nga naman... sa bagay, i think reasonable nman.. Haha! looks like i already know what would be my entry for today.. parang reminiscing last year! Bwahaha! isn't it too late to look back? after all march n ngayon?! I should've done this for my New Year entry! Well, who cares?! I do! lol (^u^)
After I decided not to renew my contract as a grade school teacher at a private school, I take my ample time preparing for my board exam. And side by side, while I've been doing self-review I became a licensed insurance underwiter. August 14 I took the Philippine Licensure Examination for Teachers at FEU. (Gosh! I still vividly remember that day! a day before my exam, im sick! i had a fever and im still not well when i took the test!) I enjoyed my part-time work as an underwriter. I got busy and I got to met a lot of people. (It's fun... lalo na pag may commission na, hahaha!) By October I got a tutorial offer and I grabbed it.. the result of my board exam was released and I'm glad that I made it.
From a "fanatic's" point of view: Still a lot of Jason Mraz, a new-found LOVE in the person of RockStar INXS finalist MiG AYESA, and a journey going to HALE! Gosh! And I still cant believe I've seen MiG in the flesh and then he blew me a kiss! Got to ride in the Champster (Hale's frontman/vocalist car) and kissed me on the cheek 3 days b4 Christmas! Whew! Bottomline is: I've been busy chasing up MiG and Hale... hahaha!!! And when this year starts, I've been knocked out by Jason Mraz's comeback to be with me...ahem.. to the Philippines..rather..ahehehe!
Hahaha! That's the point..really that was it! It's been a tiring year (tiring?!?). When I think of 2005... hmm.. it's MiG Ayesa and Hale.. they're the best thing that happened to me.

(2nd movie nila), tsaka LINKIN PARK Live in Texas uli. (panget n kc ung vcd copy nmin nun eh!) Lahat nun courtesy of my loving brother Alvin. Sya lahat bumili, aztiiig! Ung para sa knya wala sya nabili. hehehe..ma-datung sya ngaun eh! Ewan ko kung isang dvd lang bbyaran ko, usapan nmin libre nya 'ko ng isa eh. Aba eh! Hindi ko naman cnbi na bilhin nya lahat ha! I'm addicted to Papa Joe...
Ngek?! Abah eh... cno nga b si Papa Joe sa buhay ko? Well...bka ma-surprise kayo to know that Papa Joe is not a "kano" (bcoz pf the name "Joe"). He's the same as Papa Pepe and "Darling Joe" (ni Josephine Bracken). Owh!!! So, alam nyo na? Kung ndi pa cguro sa karengkeng na Josephine na yan eh ndi nyo pa mahuhulaan...hmp, ganyan kayo ha! Okey, it's time to admit it. Yes... I'm addicted to JOSE RIZAL...our country's National Hero. Addicted? Why use the term "addicted"? Wala lang...totoo lang naman eh!
Lately, I've been reading a great book about him. And I was really surprised to learn and know "normal" things about our famous Lolo Jose. In this book, hindi lang siya pino-portray as "one serious intellectual". What I'm trying to say is that Jose Rizal is incredibly like most of us. Pareho lang natin siya...kumakain, nagsasayaw, naninigarilyo, tumatae at nakikipag-sex?! Whaheheh!!! And would you believe that in 1882 (I forgot kung saan country sya nu'n...Spain yata) Rizal from the middle of August to the end of December did not take a bath! Aiyeeh! Si Rizal? hindi naliligo? (oks lang...luvs ko p rin sya, hehehe) May malalim na reason nman kya gnun ang nangyari. Kayo na bhala tumuklas nun. Pati vital statistics nya, nahalukay n din ng mga historians, ang sexy nya pla! Khit he's "small but terrible" (standing only 5'3", and malaki ang ulo) proportion daw ang body nya. Imagine? Daiigin daw b 'ko? 24 inches lang ang waistline! At sa'n k p? Even which side nakapaling ang "kargada" niya, mlalaman mo din. Left ba o right? Hahaha...ndi ko ssbihin dito. It's all for u to find out.
Galing tlaga! In this book, ipinakilala si Rizal bilang normal na tao na katulad ntin...ndi katulad nung mga nalalaman lang ntin sa mga textbooks ntin sa skul. But aside, ndi rin pahuhuli ung pagiging dakila nya. He's really interested into everything. Siya lang ang nakilala kong "all-around". A scientist, inventor, doctor, farmer, businessman, linguist, a teacher (like me! uy...compatible...whaheee), writer, artist, think of any career...hay naku sya na nga yata yun. Hindi nga lang sya masyado into singing kc sbi nya pangit daw voice nya. But he also plays several instruments.

I also enjoyed the Rizal subject I had in College. Hindi ako na-bore. Iba ung effect skin, ndi tulad ng iba, isinusumpa c Rizal. Lalo na pag pina-memorize ng prof mo ang "Mi Ultimo Adios". Sa bgay ndi rin naman aprub skin kung gnon. I remember, while reviewing for our Midterm exam, I even dreamt about him. And ngayon sa house namin, my entire family is also hooked on him. We even had discussions about him.
Grabeh! Cno nga bang hindi hahanga sa knya... sbi ko nga hindi ako manghihinayang na akitin sya, kung nabuhay lang ako nung time nya. Aba eh! Aprub kgad ang mother ko! Nakikipag-agawan p nga sa'kin eh! When I learned na he's fond of reading fairy tale stories to his nieces, pinangarap ko rin n maging pamangkin nya. Sbi ng sister ko, ang babaw naman ng pangarap ko. Bkit daw ndi ko na lang asawahin...hehehe! Well, that only proves na he's very affectionate. If i will be given a chance na bumalik sa past and bibigyan ako ng 3 events, of course I will choose:
1. panahon ni Jesus Christ
2. syempre, panahon ng kasikatan ng Beatles and
3: panahon ni Rizal.
Hay nakuh?! Hindi naman msyadong hlata na I have a big crush on him, noh? Khit sa classroom, kpag ang topic na namin is about Philippine Revolution, hindi ako nahihiya na ipakita ung feelings ko kay Rizal... (grabeh n tlaga 'toh!) Pabiro naman ang approach ko pra msaya ang discussion, mukha namang naaaliw ang mga students ko. Naiinis nga pala ako, kc ndi pa 'ko nkkrting sa Rizal Shrine sa Calamba. Pag ngka-bf ako kailangan ipasyal nya ko dun! Tpos pag mrmi na'kong money sa Dapitan naman! Pinakamganda daw dun. Sa Fort Santiago p lang nrting ko, pero ndi ko na halos matandaan kc bata p 'ko nun. Nandun daw ang vertebra ni Rizal.
Para masaya, ire-recommend ko sa inyo na bsahin ung book na ititch. I'ts very interesting (well, un eh kung same tyo ng interest). RIZAL WITHOUT THE OVERCOAT by AMBETH R. OCAMPO. I also wish to thank the author for letting me dig into Rizal's life... hindi ko p rin tpos bsahin ung book, yoko kgad kc mtpos. Gnun kc ako, ndi ko kc mrrmdaman n binili ko ung book kpag ntpos ko kgad. Ok un for me, para day by day, pananabikan ko uli si Papa Joe...Whaheheh! Adios!

Waheee!!! Ang sayah!!! I have a copy na of the 8-part documentary ng Beatles Anthology plus my 1 bonus disc pa featuring ung making ng "Free as A Bird" music vid and audio tsaka ng "Real Love". I bought it at e-bay.com.ph for only 500 bucks! would u blieve? hehehe...that's a great value db? malinaw nman ung copy... Very thankful ako sa brother kong c Alvin kc touched ako tlaga nung magpumilit sya na bilihin ko un tska sya pa tlaga ung nghanap nun sa e-bay...eh wla ng nga sa hinuha ko na hanpin at bilhin un. iba kc ang trip ko lately. kya nga pinilit ko n rin mglabas ng money...hahaha...arouse na arouse b nman ang kptid ko! Aba mantakin moh? ndi pa nga me nkkpasok sa pinto...(galing kc me overnyt sa bataNgas)...naghuhumiyaw nah! meron nga daw sya nkita dvd ng beatles sa e-bay! whaheheh...buti na lang nagpumilit sya...thank u, bentot! Aiiyieeeh!!! At last my new entry n rin ako! Nakuh! kung ndi ko lang pinanggigigilan si JASON MRAZ ngaun eh, wla p cguro itoh. Kkainis nman kc tlga eh... pno b naman lgi ko tlga nami-miss ang artist na ititch. ang weird nga eh, nung christmas ko p pinurchase ung dvd pero lakas p rin ng tama ko. as in araw-araw when i wake up in d mhawning, song nya kgad nsa mind ko....
Grabeh nman kc tlaga eh...as in!!! ang cute nya kya!!! well, he's really not good-looking tlga pero when he' s performing on stage....gravah!!! tumitindi ang sex-appeal nya! He's so gorgeously sexy!!! just lyk when i saw him here live in manila last year, gnun din ang comment ko. pero po ung observation kong un...ngaun lang un lumabas sa ulirat ko eh...nka-focus kc me tlaga sa mga SONGS nya. i mean i never had thought na i will learn to listen to Jazz music. Pero when i discovered this guy, i've learned to love it. mhirap nga syang sbayang kantahin kc prang unpredictable ung mga notes plus ung mga scat exercises nya...pero if u are born n tlga as music lover, u'll really appreciate his music. bingi n lang tlga cguro ang taong ndi mkk-appreciate sa tunog ni jason.

It's the greatest song ever written by a man! --- and that man is no other than JASON MRAZ. try nyo kya pkinggan...maski ang daddy kong si JOHN LENNON cguradong a-agree skin...hehehe! if i would live on an island alone, it's a necessity for me to bring his records...pti po ung mga unrelease na tracks ha! buti na lng, bait nya! sa official site nya, dmi ko na na-download na mga accoustics nya for free!! He's a genuine artist! care nya kung di sya msyado sikat pero he's really in love in making music and he's really in love with love! Gosh! he's extra romantic p pla...and i love the way he plays with his words. he's very passionate about his craft....ang dami ko pang gustong sbhin about him pero sobra ko lang sya nami-miss, sana po bumalik na sya here in the phils. Pinaglihian ko ang Blue this day. I listened to Guilty. Pero po nasa Bubblin' p lang...I decided to watch na rin my Blue music video collections. Miss ko na cla eh! Hay nakuh! kainis nga eh...c Lee kc eh! Suddenly, na-remember ko agad ung Concert nla d2 sa Manila this year. Saya! Ang lapit ko sa knila...imagine this is my 3rd time na mksama clang tatlo (Antony, Duncan & Simon). Excited tlaga 'koh nun lalong lalo na kay Lee...kc naman ung baby kong ito eh...kulit na, likot pa! Kya po nung 1st Asian tour nila ay di sya ksma kc he had an accident while he's "go-karting"...sobrang sad ako nun as in iyak tlaga akoh. Anyway, napagsawaan ko nman c Duncan during their 2-day visit here (sept 1 and 2, 2002) kya nung major concert nga nila full attention na 'ko kay Baby Lee. (D naman msyadong obvious kc ung mga souvenir pics ko ay puro c Lee...panget lang ung cam ko) My fave part during that concert was when Lee smiled at me...lapit ko kaya!...tska me lang ung may banner for him sa patron side where I was kya sure ako na that sweet and sincere smile is for me...alone! Haaay...yoko na nga magkwento lalo ko lang cla nami-miss! Anyway, di naman po about Blue tlaga ung climax ng blog entry ko ngayon. It's really about LINKIN PARK.

While watching Blue videos, naalala ko po na mlapit n tlaga ang end of the year. So I began to reminisce all the good things that had happened to me...tska kung ano ung mga bgay na dpat ipagpasalmat ko kay God. Syempre, Im a concert buff...so ano pa nga ba ung mga greatest na nangyari skin this year? Hmmm...b4 p nu'n, bigla kong na- miss c Papa Chester Bennington ko kya i decided to watch na muna ung Meteora World Tour Edition na may free music vid from sumwhere i belong hanggang breaking d habit (la ngang from d inside eh, kainis!)Well... I have a total of 3 major concerts attended this year...lahat puro foreign act. I dont want to waste time on our local acts...but Im not saying na wla akong bilib sa knila. Hoy! Pinoy akoh! (hehehe...kanta b un?) What I'm trying to say here is that...hmm... kc po once lang dumadating ung chance na mkta ko in person ung mga idols ko...syempre po ksma n din dun ung dream ko na ma-watch cla live on stage. So un nga po...I have Jason Mraz in Aliw Theater (Feb 21 --- yah ryt... 1 day after Kurt Cobain's bday) where I spend two thousand for the ticket. It's my 1st time to watch a concert ALONE... pero ang saya...galing nya...sobra!
Next, I have LINKIN PARK (June 15 --- which I got the ticket for free...swerte koh noh...mlakas ako kay God eh!) Lastly... Blue at Araneta Coliseum (Sept 25). Im planning to throw a party p naman sna for my 23rd bday pra sa mga Dayamonds but I spend my money n lang more wisely just to catch Blue for the 2nd time. I was early enough sana to buy front row tickets kya lang i found out na para sa mga sponsors lang ang front row...hehehe magastos tlga akoh pgdting sa mga ganyan...lhat ggwin koh pra lang mklapit...pero once na i imagine na im near na to them...ngek! di ko na kaya...!! Wag na lang... Ü
 
Of all of the 3 concerts...hanep tlga ang LP! Actually, pgktpos ko watch ng mga music vid ng LP...na-trip-an ko naman ung LIVE IN TEXAS nila. So un na nga...dun na nagsimula...prang na-feel ko uli ung nsa concert ako. Tlagang ma-aapreciate mo at "ma-ke-carried-away" ka sa live video na un...lalo na 'koh...I've been to that kind of event. Prang nkkta ko ung sarili ko pag nkkta ko ung mga fans sa hrap ng stage...grabeh...abot-kamay ko clang lahat...khit naging mas mlapit ako sa Blue dahil sa autograph signing at 3 days ko na clang nksama...wala pa ring tatalo sa experience ko sa LINKIN PARK. Ewan ko b? Hanggang ngaun di ko pa rin mapaniwalaaan ang sarili ko...ba't napunta ako dun? Kung di mo tlga me kilala...aakalain nyo n lang forever na mahinhin ako at tahimik... "madre-hin" pa nga sbi ng iba...hahaha!!! Im the only living person to prove that looks can be deceiving...
Sarap tlga ng sound trip ko this day with LP...feel na feel ko p rin ang kakaibang atmosphere nun...halos maputol na ang litid ko sa kaka-sing-along kay Chester (minus the "slam-an" nga lang...wala akong mkasama na mkikitalon skin eh!) Haay...gus2 ko p rin maulit un...even if i say na satisfied na ako. Sarap ng feeling pag nkitalon ka with the crowd...prang spring. I remember ung song na "From The Inside"...ung nandun na sa part na wherein Chester will scream the words... "I WONT WASTE MYSELF ON YOU!" and Im singing/screaming along with him...he's eyes were fixed on our side ( Im sure he looked at me too!) as if those words were
really meant for us...it's kinda absurd...eh mdjo paulit-ulit ung part n un...parang yoko nang maki-sing-along kc parang sinasabihan ko n rin c Chaz ng ganun...pero kilig ako...lalo na pag tumitingin cla smin...Sayah!!! Ü
Ang daldal ko...bsta...June 15, 2004 was my best day ever...daig lahat ng 11 unforgettable moments ko. Sana maulit...khit the
same...nothing to ask for more. Khit bigyan ako ng 1 million to 100 million pesos... i will never trade my LP experience. (but let's face reality...kung 1 billion ang offer...yan...pag-iisipan ko na yan...hehehe...nag-set daw b ng price?!)

Haaay... yesterday was John Lennon's 24th death anniv. Well, of course it's still really a pain for me. When u love a person, it's really not easy to accept things like this. I didnt have the chance to light a candle for him coz of some school stuffs to do but i do offer a prayer for him.
